Is it reasonable to charge 200 dollars for a diagnostic question wiithout prior consent? I wouldnt send my enemies here, much less my friends. I came in for recall work, asked if recall pertained to the sound my engine is making, ended up paying these scammers 200 plus dollars.
Our training from Mr. Christopher Rodriquez was exceptional. Not only is Mr. Rodriquez knowledgeable, but he was also most patient, courteous and professional. Beware. I spoke briefly with Ray Khan (Internet Mgr) and was passed to Vlad Ivanovich. Since I am looking at cars from out of state, I had a few questions on the vehicle. Before asking them to look at the car on the lot for me, I asked Vlad if their dealership had any other fees required in addition to the purchase price of the car. Pleasant service experience. Jorge was very nice and had the car ready exactly when he said it would be. If we had needed to use the waiting area it was comfortable, clean, offered refreshments, and was dog friendly. All around it was a nice environment.
Kimberly Heath was great. She gave me estimates on the costs and updated me on the statis of my service.

Ann, the receptionist, saved my experience from being a disaster by simply explaining the process for a first time service customer & making sure a service advisor called me back to answer my remaining questions. After getting my car serviced with Gettel’s Acura Service Dept., over the last several years, I will always have to consider how good other dealership’s service dept. rate with their customers. The Service Dept. at Gettel’s has done a wonderful job servicing my car & in a timely fashion. Also, the service dept. representatives have always been very courteous & helpful.
Our service advisor, Kimber, was great. She explained what needed to be done, helped us with costs, and even provided a loaner while work was being done. Excellent service!
I have had my car there for a week for a recall notice, and have not heard a word back since. They said I would hear something in 2-3 days, and when I called to find out status a week later. They have no update.
Recently purchased new RDX from Jeff Thompson. We had a slight hiccup with the original vehicle we were going to take from the lot and Jeff and the team swapped the vehicle out with no drama to ensure we were satisfied. Cant thank them enough for making our first new car purchase smooth and seamless.

Service was 4 stars. Good, but nothing special. Dealer/Service environment is 2 stars. The waiting area is not nearly as nice as the nearby Lexus dealer’s waiting area. Gettel Acura needs to up their game and be a luxury car dealer.

We were able to get a timely appointment. The Customer Advisor was very helpful and gave us suggestions without any pressure. Since the service was going to take a long time, the customer advisor proactively provided a loaner car.

A Class Act for a World-Class Automobile. You can never find a combination of Sales/Service that truly takes all of the worry of having a car before Gettel. No one here would ever hesitate to keep you happy regardless. The family atmosphere of the sales center has to be seen. The service department is where I always feel comfortable talking with an Advisor. I've never been talked down to.

We didn't notice until we bought the vehicle that they may have switched the tires after we bought it. I wondered why it took so long to "detail and fuel it up" (45 mins since it was already clean) while we were in the process of purchasing. We also didn't notice that it was a rental truck until in F & I. At that point, we just wanted to get out of there, so it's on us that we didn't unwind the deal.
